Ciara leads research for Wise Business, where she's focused on building things that support people running complex, international businesses. She's an anthropologist by training, with 13+ years in user research and ethnography across a range of sectors, countries and emerging markets. She enjoys working on things that have a big impact on people's lives – finance, government services, housing – and supporting the inspiring researchers she leads to increase the visibility and impact of their work.
