About the Speaker
Lucija Sičenica is a Senior UX Researcher with a decade of experience across startups and established product organizations. Her work spans qualitative and quantitative research as well as research operations, with a focus on how UX is embedded and sustained inside product teams.
She is especially interested in how research influences decision-making, how roles are shaped within organizations, and how UX adapts under market pressure. Lucija has worked as a sole senior researcher, building structures that increase research visibility, impact, and resilience.
She regularly leads workshops and company-wide talks on research impact and maturity, and co-organizes Ladies That UX Berlin. She is also active in discussions around AI in research and broader shifts in the UX industry.
