Ray currently leads product management and design for the consumer face of Back Market, a renewed tech marketplace leading the way in a shift toward a circular economy and freeing the planet from electronic waste.

For the past 15 years he managed and grew design, research and content teams at global tech companies like Zalando and SkyScanner.

Ray started his career in industrial design, graphic design and advertising before discovering and being captivated by the beautiful world of building digital products.
